On 19th November in Halkhoriya meeting was held in presence of Sambodhi Dharma Sangha including all Central Committee members. As per Sambodhi Dharma Sangha’s wish central office will be in Halkhoriya from now on (it was earlier located in Kathmandu). Also new Internal Committee of 23 members was organized, it will be taking care of central office in Halkhoriya and all the internal jobs being near Sambodhi Dharma Sangha under his guidance... |
Progress of Kajokpa, lake and the legalization of Halkhoriya forest as a Dharmik Forest22 November 2011 / Updated on 29 November 2011
Namaste and deep gratitude to all. We are working on the Kajokpa and soon it will be finished with the effort and the determination of all dhamma seekers and with the blessing of Maha Sambodhi Dharma Sangha. Since October 18, the bank account #00700501204269 has received NRS 317822.00 (4450 USD) and some of the devotees who visited Halkhoriya personally donated at the site...

Sakura lives in Teshikaga, a very rural area in Hokkaido, Northern Japan. These are her messages recording not only her first trip to Nepal to see Dharma Sangha, but her first trip abroad ever. Sakura and I have been close friends for almost 15 years. We “spiritually” grew up together, coincidentally reading the same books in our respective languages... |

I would like to inform you about Halkhoriya lake, located approximately one kilometer away from Dharma Sangha’s tree. It is a huge lake, covering around 25 hectares, it is real sanctuary park of wild animals, beautiful birds and many other creatures. This lake is of great importance. Dharma Sangha was seen meditating on it’s bank. But time and human did not spare it, it’s sides are broken and cutted by people catching fish...
